HubSpotでは、セールス部門（技術営業）をサポートするセールス・ストラテジー・アナリストを募集しています。HubSpotのセールス・ストラテジー・チームのミッションは、データに基づいた意思決定を促進し、GTM（市場進出）チーム全体の成長と生産性を向上させることです。
本ポジションでは、セールスリーダーと直接連携し、GTM戦略の策定や、世界レベルのアウトバウンド戦略の構築を支援していただきます。セールス・ストラテジー・マネージャーの直属として、戦略的選択、計画策定、レポート作成、およびフロントラインの生産性を高めるGTMプログラムの定義に携わり、セールス・ストラテジー・チームの効率的な運用モデルを確立していただきます。
主な業務は、戦略的なセールス・イニシアチブの設計と実行、およびグローバル・セールス組織に対する運用・システム・分析面でのサポートです。
主な職務内容
- セールス組織およびマネジメントチームに対し、データに基づいた運用および意思決定のサポートを提供する。
- セールス組織の人員配置およびキャパシティ計画を維持し、中央計画チームと連携して採用計画を遂行する。
- リーダーシップ層と連携してKPIを監視し、インパクトを最大化するためのトレンドや機会を特定する。
- ビジネス上のリクエストに対応し、根本原因の分析（Root-cause analysis）を行い、問題解決や機会獲得のための提案を行う。
- パフォーマンスと生産性の向上を目的とした、部門横断的なプログラム、ツール、プロセス、およびシステムの導入・運用をサポートする。

- プロセス重視： 多様なステークホルダーを巻き込み、明確なオペレーション・ケイデンス（業務リズム）を構築・実行できる方。
- 高い分析能力： 未整理のデータから実用的な洞察（インサイト）を引き出し、再現性と拡張性のあるレポートを作成できる方。
- 適応力： 急成長するSaaSビジネスの変化に迅速に対応し、複雑な課題に対して実用的かつ革新的なソリューションを生み出せる方。
- 自律性： スピード感のある環境で自律的に業務を遂行し、さまざまな部門のシニア・ステークホルダーと円滑に連携できる方。
- インサイトへの情熱： 適切な指標と分析手法を定義し、具体的なアクションにつながる洞察を生み出すことに意欲的な方。
- 経験： 関連分野（セールスストラテジー、オペレーション、アナリティクス、コンサルティング、ファイナンスなど）での実務経験2年以上。
- 語学力： ネイティブレベルの日本語
