Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Partner Solutions Architect to join our team and drive the success of upmarket partner acquisitions. This role is instrumental in demonstrating how HubSpot supports larger customers and ensuring technical excellence throughout the partner lifecycle. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and the ability to coach and guide partners through complex solutions and implementations.

Responsibilities:

  • Join the upmarket partner acquisition process to showcase HubSpot’s capabilities by providing tailored demos, technical validation, and competitive positioning.
  • Lead the technical activation of new upmarket partners by delivering technical onboarding and coaching partners on HubSpot positioning and advanced use cases.
  • Provide ongoing technical enablement for both new and established partners, including solution reviews and integration guidance.
  • Review and validate partner solutions for early deals, ensuring alignment with HubSpot best practices.
  • Codeliver new partners' first implementations, providing hands-on guidance and building partner confidence.
  • Serve as the technical liaison between partners and HubSpot, channeling feedback to Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to ensure consistency in partner strategy across acquisition, onboarding, and enablement.

Qualifications:

  • Strong technical background as a Solutions Architect, Implementation leader, or Solution Consultant in a SaaS or CRM environment.
  • 5+ years of experience with SaaS or comparable CRM platforms.
  • Deep understanding of HubSpot’s architecture, data model, and integration capabilities.
  • Experience coaching partners or consultants on complex deals and implementations.
  • Ability to clearly translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience engaging with Corporate or Mid Market customers.
  • Comfortable with evolving processes and product capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for conducting technical workshops and presentations.
  • Willing to travel up to 25% for partner engagements.
  • Fluent in Japanese and English
