The Web Group owns HubSpot’s core CMS and website foundations, including blogs and landing pages that help marketers create and distribute content. This work sits within HubSpot’s Build Awareness pillar.

This space is evolving quickly as organic search declines and AI driven discovery and AEO emerge. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who can help define what the next generation of CMS and web tools should look like in this changing landscape.

In this role you’ll get to:

  • Operate with high ownership in an ambiguous and evolving problem space, helping define the future of CMS and web products as discovery and distribution models change.
  • Create a shared vision and cohesive roadmap for the future of this product area as a critical member of the Product Triad.
  • Bring strong content and marketing empathy, deeply understanding how modern marketers create, distribute, and measure content.
  • Use data to guide strategy and decision making, including defining success metrics, evaluating tradeoffs, and pressure testing assumptions where signal is imperfect.
  • Partner closely with multiple platform engineering teams to deliver improvements across shared systems and foundations.
  • Guide new product ideas from initial concept all the way through launch

We are looking for people who have:

  • Experience launching products successfully to customers, ideally in CMS, web, content, or marketing related domains.
  • Strong content and marketing empathy, with experience building tools for marketers rather than purely technical users.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, evolving problem spaces and turning uncertainty into clear direction.
  • A data oriented approach to product management, using metrics and tradeoffs to inform strategy.
  • Technical fluency and systems thinking across shared platforms and foundations.
  • A bias toward action and progress, with sound judgment about when to ship, when to iterate, and when to pause and learn.
  • The ability to clearly articulate product strategy and tradeoffs to cross functional partners and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience operating effectively in complex product ecosystems where success depends on influence and coordination rather than direct ownership.

As a member of the Product Management org at HubSpot you’ll:

  • Join a product-led culture that truly puts the customer first
  • Create and advance an ambitious product strategy in evolving and ambiguous spaces, grounded in customer needs, business goals, and data
  • Partner closely with colleagues in UX and Engineering to create a high-value product that’s both powerful and easy to use
  • Influence direction and decisions through strong product judgment, clear thinking, and collaboration
  • Know what will lead to getting promoted, and why, thanks to clear expectations and robust career paths
  • Be empowered to show up as your authentic self and choose a work style and location where you can do your best work, whether that’s at home, in an office, or a blend of the two.
