We're looking for our next BDR Manager to help lead our LATAM BDR Corp team. In this role, you will manage about 6-8 BDRs and:
- Lead by example by demonstrating HubSpot’s core values (HEART) and inspiring a culture of top-performing team players. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a respectful, hard-working, winning culture.
- Act as a great coach and mentor to team members early in their tech sales careers.
- As a member of the sales management team, you’ll be the DRI (directly responsible individual) for a portion of our LATAM BDR team. The mission of the team: to build the best sales talent development program in the world.
- Consistently monitor and improve the sales activities, metrics, opportunities, and sourced revenue targets for your team.
- Actively coach and professionally develop the team regarding strategies to drive conversion rates and opportunity identification.
- Work with internal resources to create and manage a scalable prospecting structure - including template creation, account and contact targeting, testing, and scale.
- Work and collaborate with other BDR managers, sales managers, directors, and executives to optimize processes, systems, messaging, and alignment strategies.
- Build and lead outbound sales play books including on-boarding and training documentation.
- Work with marketing to develop and optimize lead sources and sales touch points.
- Maintain systems performance for list creation, lead outreach and follow-up.
- Report internally on sales activity, opportunities and sourced revenue.
- Identify hiring and competency / skill gaps on your team while personally maintaining and growing headcount through proactive recruiting, selecting and training elite sales talent.
- Build skills, confidence and trust with direct reports as well as provide developmental feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain professional knowledge of the markets in which HubSpot serves.
You Must Have:
- HEART
- Ability to be adaptive to the rapid change and ambiguity that comes with being in a fast growing organization.
- Proven ability to handle a fast paced inside sales organization.
- Proven experience as a successful quota carrying, new business sales rep in a closing role (i.e. Account Executive).
- Demonstrated expertise with data driven sales models.
- Strong leadership skills and have the ability to inspire and lead.
- Proficiency in collaborating with peers to achieve common goals.
- Experience in coaching and training.
- Organization and project management skills.
- Self-starter and proactive.
- Bias towards action and results.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Effective communication with a variety of stakeholders and partners across multiple departments.
