Role Summary
India is one of the fastest-growing B2B SaaS markets in the world and HubSpot’s presence and customer base is growing rapidly there. In this role, you'll be HubSpot's first marketer based in India - building the playbook, running the programs, and creating the pipeline that accelerates our growth in India.
In this 12-month high-impact role, you'll own industry conferences, launch our scaled webinar program, bring CONNECT (our flagship customer event) to India, and partner with sales to drive revenue growth. What You’ll Do

Drive pipeline growth through strategic field events and campaigns

Plan and execute 1–2 major industry conferences annually — managing everything from venue selection and content, to ROI analysis

Lead localized marketing for CONNECT, HubSpot’s flagship customer event, collaborating with APAC teams on event delivery, speaker coordination, and post-event engagement

Launch and scale HubSpot’s webinar program in India, from concept to delivery, ensuring measurable impact on pipeline creation

Collaborate closely with APAC integrated marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align programs with business goals

Track and report on pipeline health, lead quality, and campaign effectiveness to stakeholders

Partner with sales teams to book onsite meetings with target accounts and convert event leads into opportunities

Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure flawless execution, continuous optimization, and local market relevance
What You’ll Bring
Required Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing with a strong record of driving pipeline through events and scalable programs

Proven ability to plan and execute industry conferences or customer events end-to-end, including booth design, vendor management, and post-event ROI reporting

Experience running webinar programs that convert — from driving registration to maximizing attendance and influencing pipeline

Deep understanding of India’s B2B landscape, including regional market nuances and buying behaviors

Hands-on operator who manages multiple projects efficiently using tools like Asana or similar

Strong collaboration skills with sales and cross-functional teams to align on shared revenue goals

Self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Familiarity with HubSpot’s customer platform and CRM tools

Experience in launching new regional markets

Creative mindset with the ability to test, iterate, and scale what works
