The HubSpot Talent Acquisition & Mobility organization is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to join our teams globally. As we continue towards our mission of helping millions of organizations grow better, we are expanding our Latin America (LATAM) recruitment efforts in Colombia and are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a Recruiter.
This Emerging Talent Recruiter (LATAM) will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of interns for our LATAM Go-to-Market teams (e.g. Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support) and also support recruitment for entry-level roles in LATAM where needed. This role will involve managing relationships with key universities in Colombia, executing recruitment events in-person at universities and at our company’s office in Bogotá, Colombia, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to build relationships with universities in Colombia and evolve our emerging talent strategy on-campus to attract remarkable talent in the LATAM region and help fuel our long-term, sustainable growth as a company.
Please note this is an @Office role. Candidates must be located in Bogotá and be able to go into HubSpot’s office.
Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment and Intern Conversions:
- Oversee the recruitment cycle for interns and entry-level positions, including resume evaluation, phone screenings, and interviews
- Develop and implement strategies for sourcing diverse talent, nurturing candidates, and converting high-performing interns into full-time employees
- Collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional partners to align recruitment strategies with business goals, and utilize recruitment tools to track data and provide updates
- University Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with universities and educational institutions across Colombia
- Serve as the primary point of contact for universities and collaborate with career services departments to coordinate recruitment activities
- Event Execution:
- Plan and execute both in-person and virtual recruitment events in collaboration with our Emerging Talent Program Managers, both at universities and at our Bogotá office, to engage potential candidates
- Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and other talent acquisition events to promote our brand and opportunities
- Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain strong communication throughout the recruitment process
- Champions diversity and inclusion by ensuring that interview panels are diverse and interview processes are inclusive, and working with hiring managers to prevent unconscious bias throughout the interview process
Requirements:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (conversational Portuguese is a plus)
- Proven experience with early career recruitment inclusive of internships and entry-level roles
- Has experience leveraging recruiting data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to create effective pipeline plans for recruiting cycles and overall enhance recruiting processes
- Is able to travel to universities across Colombia as needed to effectively coordinate and execute recruitment activities
- Manage and attend in-office events for interns, in-office visits, and support for our interns/new hires/business partners
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to drive influence and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and event management skills
- Partners with Colombian universities for key recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and contract management
