People Operations Team Leader

In this role, you’ll get to:
- Lead Regional People Operations teams (APAC + EMEA) providing guidance and support to ensure smooth day-to-day operational excellence and seamless People Ops support.
- Lead the delivery, effectiveness, and continuous evolution of core People processes and policies in scope, such as policy management, compliance training, etc., while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Be responsible for SLA achievement and customer experience within the People Inbox.
- Keep a pulse and resolve escalated issues related to the team’s CSAT scores and SLA achievement.
- Collaborate closely with People Ops leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure People Ops processes are documented, efficient and foster a positive employee experience.
- Execute the People ops knowledge base (SOPs) implementation plan, lead data collection from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and create/update back-end documentation for the People Ops Team. Implement a repeatable process that ensures team materials are up to date and relevant.
- Execute on our People Ops automation roadmap, collaborate with external providers, HRIS and Engineering to ensure that we automate all repeatable processes.
- Keeps an active Continuous Improvement / Project pipeline by holding the team accountable for idea submission, participating in the prioritization committee and overseeing / mentoring team members through implementation.
- Design a variety of resources ranging from online materials to internal standard operating procedures to meet business needs and compliance requirements.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by handling employee queries with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Proactively develops and maintains relationships with functional peers.
- Understand common issues and proactively resolve them through better use of processes and technology.
- Leverage data and analytics to provide insights into People metrics and trends.
We are looking for people with:
- Proven experience of 5+ years as an People operations professional with focus on process optimization.
- 3+ years of experience leading a People operations team.
- Demonstrated expertise in using Workday or similar HRIS tools.
- Strong understanding of Global People Processes.
- Player-coach approach with ability to be both strategic and execution oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.
- Passion for innovative People solutions and process improvement; Lean champion and learner.
