As a Senior Product Manager within our Buying Group, a key part of our Fintech organization, you will be pivotal in developing a seamless, transparent and customizable purchasing journey. The Buying Group manages the quoting, approvals, and purchasing functions, catering to both sales representatives and external customers. Your expertise will shape an enjoyable quoting experience across multiple segments, buyers, markets, and regions.

In this role you’ll get to:

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and stakeholder interviews, based on data to gather insights for process improvements.
  • Leverage CPQ best practices to streamline quoting processes and reduce cycle times.
  • Lead a team and product tetrad to build, test and iterate on quoting solutions, ensuring high usability and minimal friction.
  • Define metrics and KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
  • Deliver training and support to ensure smooth adoption of new quoting processes.
  • Facilitate communication between team members and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.

We are looking for people who have:

  • Experience as a Senior Product Manager in the CPQ space
  • Strong understanding of CPQ best practices and their application in a corporate setting.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience launching products successfully to customers
  • A multidisciplinary approach to thinking, combining market, business and technical insights to identify opportunities and weigh tradeoffs
  • The ability to articulate product vision, ideas and solutions to a variety of audiences
  • A deep respect for the expertise and insights of their collaborators, including engineering, design, UX research, analytics, and others
  • A drive to understand customer needs deeply and truly solving for their problems
  • A passion for growing healthy teams and leaders, cultivating psychological safety, and facilitating tough conversations that help people grow
  • The ability to make decisions, test assumptions, and iterate - often without perfect information
  • An understanding of the competitive software space
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable.

As a member of the Product Management org at HubSpot you’ll:

  • Join a product-led culture that truly puts the customer first
  • Create and advance an ambitious product strategy that’s driven by customer needs, business goals, powerful data, and global market indicators
  • Partner closely with colleagues in UX and Engineering to create a high-value product that’s both powerful and easy to use
  • Use your voice, share your perspective, and have a real impact based on your point of view
  • Know what will lead to getting promoted, and why, thanks to clear expectations and robust career paths
  • Be empowered to show up as your authentic self and choose a work style and location where you can do your best work, whether that’s at home, in an office, or a blend of the two.
