We are seeking a talented and strategic Senior Integrated Campaign Manager who will be responsible for planning and executing value-focused multifaceted campaigns designed to generate quality demand and raise awareness of HubSpot’s key products in the Latin America and Iberia regions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, a data-driven mindset, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

In this role, you will be a key contributor in rapidly growing our reach, engagement, pipeline, revenue, and retention, and therefore, impact both the marketing and sales organizations. Your goal will be to build comprehensive native Spanish campaigns in collaboration with other marketing and sales functions such as automation, paid, customer marketing, revenue marketing, product marketing and PR, among others.

The ideal candidate understands customer journeys in B2B, especially in the Latam and Iberia markets, excels at relationship-building, and has excellent writing abilities to build such campaigns in Spanish with local market nuance considerations in place.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns specifically tailored for the Latin America and Iberia markets to drive brand awareness and generate quality upmarket demand.
  • Manage content & asset creation ensuring it follows the highest standards of quality.
  • Partner with external companies to develop strategic co-marketing efforts.
  • Plan and execute virtual events that reach our target audience and generate qualified leads.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to orchestrate campaigns that align with sales strategies and drive engagement.
  • Utilize data analysis to identify key market trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscape to inform campaign planning and execution.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign planning and implementation and post-campaign reporting, ensuring alignment with objectives and targets.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management and execution.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful campaign orchestration.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage data analytics and insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
