Today, there are over 1,500 app partners and strategic alliances - including companies like Gong, PandaDoc, Aircall, Google, and AWS - that are helping HubSpot to attract and retain customers.

Our team is passionate about building valuable partnerships that create joint wins for HubSpot, partners, prospects, and shared customers. To continue to drive the growth of our ecosystem, we’re looking for a Program Manager, Global Product Partnerships Enablement, to enable HubSpot reps on product partners and their apps, and to enable product partners on HubSpot.

In this role, you will create enablement assets, including designing, hosting, and owning the outcomes of virtual trainings for HubSpot reps and partners on product partners and their joint value proposition. It will also include facilitating live events for reps and partners to foster deeper relationships.

As a key member of the program team, you will have an exciting opportunity to help shape the go-to-market strategy of HubSpot’s app ecosystem. You will work with other teams in sales, customer success, enablement, solutions partners, and with our top partners. We are looking for people who have a background in partner or sales enablement.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Project manage, design and deliver global virtual trainings for sales and customer success reps and top product partners
  • Build strong relationships with sales, customer success, and enablement teams
  • Facilitate initiatives that support sales, CS, and solutions partners’ deeper understanding of apps and product partners, including through in-person events in London
  • Play a key role in deepening product partners’ active collaborations with our flywheel teams

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • The ability to build initiatives from the ground up, work autonomously, and iterate initiatives to drive more business impact
  • Experience in partner or sales enablement with the ability to effectively educate and track enablement outcomes
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
  • Desire to work closely with sales and customer success teams and understand their personas
  • Passion for partnerships
  • Success building relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Flexibility to take calls with teams in different time zones outside of typical business hours
  • Interest in being in the office a couple days a week to build relationships and host partner events
