HubSpot’s product partnerships team is on a mission to scale the app ecosystem to help millions of businesses grow better. Today, there are over 1,500 app partners and strategic alliances - including companies like Gong, PandaDoc, Aircall, Google, and AWS - that are helping HubSpot to attract and retain customers.

Our team is passionate about building valuable partnerships that create joint wins for HubSpot, partners, prospects, and shared customers. To continue to drive the growth of our ecosystem, we’re looking for a Program Manager, Product Partner Enablement and Advocacy, to enable HubSpot reps on product partners and their apps, and to engage and enable our partner ecosystem.

In this role, your responsibilities will include a diversity of activities aimed at driving our partners’ collaboration with our sales, CS, and solutions partner teams, as well as at engaging the broader ecosystem. The enablement component will include facilitating and hosting in-person field events for reps, partners, customers, and prospects, building close relationships with HubSpot flywheel team members, and executing and managing initiatives designed to enable reps on the ecosystem.

The advocacy component will include hosting and managing monthly webinars and a monthly newsletter aimed at the broader SaaS partner ecosystem.

As a key member of the program team, you will have an exciting opportunity to help shape the go-to-market strategy of HubSpot’s app ecosystem. You will work with other teams in sales, customer success, solutions partners, marketing, and with our top partners. We are looking for people who are versatile, highly organized, autonomous, and have a background in marketing or enablement with an expertise in crafting compelling and concise stories.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Project manage and design in-person events for reps, partners, customers, and prospects, including in our Boston headquarters
  • Build close relationships with sales and facilitate initiatives enabling them on product partners
  • Support sales, CS, and solutions partners’ deeper understanding of apps and product partners
  • Create content (including newsletters, playbooks, and case studies) and virtual events for the broader partner ecosystem and the app partner program
  • Play a key role in growing the HubSpot ecosystem and deepening partners’ relationships with our flywheel teams

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • The ability to thrive when multitasking, building initiatives from the ground up, and when working autonomously
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Experience in either marketing or enablement with the ability to craft concise, compelling stories
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Desire to work closely with sales teams and understand the sales persona
  • Passion for partnerships
  • Success building relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Interest in being in the office a couple days a week to build relationships and host partner events
