Remote - Australia

Who are we?

HubSpot is not just about products; we're about people and their growth. Our industry-leading marketing, sales, and customer success software is leveraged by hundreds of thousands of businesses around the world. It's our mission not just to help them grow, but to help them grow better.

At HubSpot, we believe that our values live in our hearts, not our hallways. We want to create a company where people feel empowered to do their best work, wherever they are. Our ANZ office is located in Sydney’s CBD, however, this role is open to remote workers based anywhere in Australia.

What’s the role?

We're looking for a dynamic Partner Specialist to join our collaborative and high-performing Partner Team at HubSpot. As a Partner Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to identify, source, and secure partnerships that align effectively with our solutions. Leveraging your strong consultative sales skills, you will engage with warm inbound leads while actively generating new prospects for your pipeline.

What will you do?

  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities through a blend of outbound outreach and inbound lead follow-up, adhering to a structured reseller acquisition process.
  • Engage with potential partners to understand their business objectives deeply, helping them develop strategic plans to achieve these goals.
  • Educate prospects on the value of HubSpot's software, the Inbound methodology, and our Partner Program. Guide them through how these elements can enhance their client acquisition rates, client retention, and overall profitability.
  • Achieve or exceed sales quotas by identifying partners willing to invest in our software and training offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and technology teams to implement effective sales strategies, especially during product enhancements or new launches.
  • Contribute actively to our company's values, unique culture, and long-term vision by sharing innovative ideas and strategies.

Who are you?

  • An experienced SAAS sales professional with a minimum of 3 years in a quota-driven role.
  • Demonstrates unwavering desire and commitment to achieving success in sales.
  • Maintains a positive outlook and takes full accountability for both achievements and setbacks.
  • Possesses exceptional consultative selling and closing abilities.
  • Consistently recognized as a top performer in current position.
  • Maintains a sharp focus on objectives, believing in the impact of daily, weekly, and monthly activities.
  • Proven track record of delivering results and demonstrating resilience in demanding sales environments.
  • Approaches challenges with a customer-first mindset and embraces continuous growth and improvement.

What are the benefits?

  • Competitive salary, stock options, and uncapped commissions
  • Flexible work environment with options for remote, in-office, or hybrid work setups
  • World class new hire training and onboarding
  • Education allowance up to USD$5,000 per annum
  • Unlimited Time Off Policy
  • Healthcare and fitness reimbursements
  • Opportunity to work with amazing colleagues who embody HubSpot’s HEART core values
  • Primary Caregiver Leave (16 weeks) and Secondary Caregiver Leave (6 weeks)
  • Opportunity to collaborate with a diverse team aligned with HubSpot’s HEART values
