Sales Strategy Analyst

HubSpot is looking for a Sales Strategy Analyst to support HubSpot’s Sales Development organization. The Sales Strategy mission at HubSpot is to enable data-backed decisions that drive growth and productivity. This role will work directly with the sales leaders of these teams to define the go-to-market strategy and help develop a world-class outbound strategy.

You will report to a Sales Strategy Manager and help define strategic choices, planning, reporting, and GTM programs to improve front-line productivity and establish an efficient operating model for the sales strategy team. The focus of this work will be designing and executing strategic sales initiatives and providing operational, systems, and analytical support for Global Sales Development.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide data-driven operational and decision-making support to the Sales Development organization and management team.
  • Maintain the staffing and capacity for the Inbound Success Coach organization and partner with central planning teams to deliver our headcount plan.
  • Liaise with leadership and finance on any risk/opportunity related to team capacity and ability to service inbound demand within the response time SLA.
  • Respond to business requests, perform root-cause analyses and provide recommendations on solutions and strategy
  • Support cross-functional programs, tools, processes, and systems to drive performance and productivity improvements.

  • Are process-oriented and excel at creating and executing a clear operating cadence across a range of stakeholders.
  • Are highly analytical and can leverage raw, unorganized data into actionable insights and repeatable, scalable reporting.
  • Can adapt quickly to the evolving needs of a high-growth SaaS business and create pragmatic and innovative solutions to complex business problems.
  • Can organize and lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic business decisions.
  • Are comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment and interacting with senior stakeholders from a range of business functions.
  • Are driven to define the right metrics and analysis to produce actionable insights.
  • Have 2+ years of professional experience.
  • Have B.A. or B.S. degree (An M.B.A. is a plus).
