In this role you will get to,

  • Collaborate with the Engineering team to define the mission and strategy for Endpoint security.
  • Your responsibilities include crafting the product roadmap and utilizing a data-driven approach to prioritize risks and achieve metrics-driven outcomes
  • Drive a holistic approach that combines technology, processes, and user education to effectively secure endpoints and overall organizational infrastructure.
  • Leverage your domain experience in endpoint detection and response to drive real-time visibility into endpoint activities and help in threat detection and response.
  • Partner with engineering in vendor bakeoffs, evaluation for application allowlisting (or blocklisting) strategy that involves specifying which applications are allowed to run on a system or network while maintaining user experience and productivity for the developers in the organization.
  • Partner with engineering in developing integration strategies with 3rd party threat intelligence feeds and help the HubSpot Secops platform stay updated on the latest threat indicators, ensuring it can identify and respond to emerging threats.
  • Work with a cross-functional team, such as project management, engineering, Bizops, analytics, cross functional org to deliver unique and differentiated experiences for employees while managing organization risks


We are looking for people who have

  • Proven expertise in working with security analyst and engineering teams in identifying risks, aligning on goals, developing vision and deploying controls to secure endpoints for employees.
  • Experience developing a phased roadmap for complex or abstract projects, and executing the roadmap to deliver a product that does not impact employee productivity while balancing risk for the organization.
  • Shipped software controls that are developer focused or are familiar with the intricacies of balancing security, user friction and user productivity.
  • A strong model of cross functional collaboration with multiple stakeholders and teams
  • An obsession for their customer, have an owner mindset, and drive towards outcomes with curiosity and team spirit.
