HubSpot's Business Acceleration team (BAT) is looking for a results-oriented Senior AI Analyst who believes in continuously modernizing our automation as a catalyst for sustained business performance. As our Senior AI Analyst, you will lead AI-powered automation designs that leverage the technology to accelerate our CS org’s success.
You will lean on your deep understanding of AI technology, including its strengths and limitations, to uplevel how we build automation solutions that are effective, efficient, and scalable for our CS Reps and customers. You will focus on driving tech-led strategies to guide our customers' ability to learn, grow, and realize value with HubSpot. The right candidate has the grit, agility, and analytical mindset to drive big change.
In this role you will:
- Lead imagining AI-powered solutions to complex problems across 1st and 3rd-party tools and in partnership with multiple cross functional teams, to enhance the Rep and customer experience.
- Design, build, test, and optimize automation workflows that incorporate AI technology.
- Analyze the estimated impact (likelihood to increase Rep efficacy, improve renewal rates, improve customer outcomes, etc) of various automation opportunities to help prioritize our automation roadmap.
- Invest in learning the latest advancements in AI, including research papers, new frameworks, and cutting-edge tools, to identify the most effective solutions for solving business problems.
- Dive deep into how HubSpot structures and collects data as a solid foundation to fuel creative problem solving.
Requirements:
- A growth mindset with a love for learning, figuring out how things work, evolving what exists today, and a passion for the possibilities unlocked with advancements in AI.
- 3+ years of professional experience, ideally in the software (SaaS) industry.
- Experience with web services APIs, AI tooling (LLMs, vector databases, and transformers), automation tools (e.g. HubSpot workflows, Zapier, Workato, other iPaaS)
- Have light coding experience in tools including Python and Javascript.
- Comfortable in quantitative analysis and informing decisions with data. SQL proficiency is required.
- Detail-oriented and take pride in thorough testing and documentation. Demonstrate a logical and scalable solutioning mindset.
- Feel comfortable pushing back when requests are not solving for the customer or business.
- Actively assist in the development of your team and teammates, driving best practices, standards, and methodology.

Cash compensation range: 118500-189600 USD Annually

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all HubSpotters are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
