We are looking for a productivity-focused, global leader to run HubSpot’s revenue enablement teams for our Sales and Customer Success organizations.
As the Vice President of Revenue Enablement on our Revenue Operations (RevOps) team, you will lead the teams responsible for building and managing scalable enablement programs to improve rep productivity as we pursue our mission of helping millions of organizations grow better.
In this role, you will evolve our current enablement strategies by leveraging systems, processes, data and best practices across the business. You will be responsible for a vision, plan and new programs that help our internal teams deliver an exceptional external experience and products for our customers. Most importantly, you will be responsible for scaling revenue efficiently by increasing sales and CS rep productivity across various stages of the rep lifecycle.

In this role, you’ll get to:
- Be accountable for improving time to ramp, increasing rep productivity and helping to unlock TAM through product and skill enablement for front line reps
- Accelerate the Enablement team’s contributions to drive business outcomes through the standardization of the development and adoption of global methodologies, leading an outcomes-driven onboarding program and creating agility to respond to real-time business needs by actioning insights with timely, relevant field enablement by GTM segment.
- Inspire, lead, and drive the GTM enablement team to become best-in-class in the industry to help HubSpot scale through standardization, clarity and consistency
- Partner cross-functionally with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to drive alignment on our enablement strategy
We are looking for people who:
- Have experience leading and scaling enablement teams that deliver business outcomes. Proven track record of improving time to ramp and rep productivity through enablement and training
- Have a strong track record of overachieving targets in a high-volume, high-growth business focused on small business, mid-market and corporate companies
- Have a proven experience leading a team of directors, exceptional track record of coaching teams, and a consistent achievement of hiring, developing, and mentoring successful teams
- Have a deep understanding of the benefits of a centralized revenue operations (RevOps) team and ideally have experience working directly on aligning with operation teams as well as GTM teams
- Lead and build a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and coaching to drive results and exceed targets
- Can create an inclusive team environment that fosters trust and a sense of empowerment
- Have a deep understanding of customer values, needs, and goals to design processes solving for customers first
