The HubSpot Partner Strategy and Operations team is looking for a Senior Operations Analyst to join our rapidly growing team. Partner Strategy & Operations (and the Partner Analytics team) is part of the Revenue Operations organization, responsible for designing & executing long term strategy, in addition to facilitating daily operations for the Solutions Partner Program. Primary responsibilities will include gaining a deep understanding of the Solutions Partner Program, performing advanced analytics and reporting to inform on program health and steer long term strategy, and ensuring leaders have access to the tools and data they need to help our partners succeed. This role works closely with Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Customer Success and Finance.

You have the appetite to gain a full understanding of HubSpot’s business and partners, and of the inner workings of the Solutions Partner Program. You are a collaborative problem-solver with advanced data and statistical analysis skills, and a passion for data visualization by turning massive amounts of data into digestible and actionable content.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Provide analytical, operational and decision making support to the Partner Operations organization management and Revenue Operations leadership teams
  • Support the partner program’s most complex data, reporting, and analytical challenges
  • Drive ad-hoc analysis and make recommendations on key decisions based on data
  • Compile analysis into visualizations that empower stakeholders to make educated data-driven decisions
  • Be a company wide subject matter expert on partner operations metrics, data sets and trends
  • Reconcile monthly Partner Operations performance against key metrics, identifying areas of opportunity to improve performance
  • Assist with annual planning and target setting for the Partner Ops organization including forecasting, variance analysis and reporting
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations through model building and advanced analytics tied to strategic programs or ad-hoc
  • Partner with functional teams to align our scaling and productivity efforts, identifying levers to drive the biggest and most impactful change across the organization.
  • Drive analytics to support large strategic initiatives, owning direction and development of analysis required to drive business decisions
  • Clearly articulate analyses, develop recommendations for the business and gain buy in from leadership based on insights
  • Perform ad hoc research as necessary to support Partner Operations leadership
  • Collaborate and work cross functionally with operations peers across HubSpot to solve problems that span the breadth of our partner journey and ecosystem

We are looking for people who:

  • Have 4+ years of hands-on experience across meaningful fields e.g. Operations/Business Analysts, Business Data Analysts, FP&A, Consultants or other analytical backgrounds
  • Have advanced experience with Excel, BI and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
  • Have SQL knowledge, or other technical database skills
  • Are proficient in predictive modeling and forecasting via Excel or other tools (understanding of SaaS business metrics and knowledge of foundational FP&A concepts are a plus)
  • Have demonstrated experience creating complex multi-data-source models and data assets that allow teams to develop insights; experience aggregating data with multiple levels of granularity
  • Are detail-oriented with a sense of urgency; self-starters who possess the intellectual curiosity to be a systematic problem solver
  • Have the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities; manage time, multiple tasks, and deadlines effectively
  • Have proficient interpersonal skills; skilled at creating material for an executive audience; skilled at converting business requirements into consumable material



Cash compensation range: 118500-189600 USD Annually

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all HubSpotters are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
