Are you on the cutting edge of what’s emerging and relevant across business, technology, entertainment, philanthropy and academia? Do you consume books, films, documentaries, social media, blogs, news, culture and vast amounts of content voraciously? Do you love working on live events? We’re looking for an ambitious and organized project manager and content expert that can help us grow HubSpot’s signature global event experiences, including INBOUND and other Global Events backed programming, by supporting our team in crafting unique sessions with compelling thought leaders and supporting the Global Events Marketing team to build relationships with content creators and the media.

The thing that really fuels INBOUND’s growth (2,800 attendees in 2012 – 45k+ hybrid attendees in 2022) is the remarkable content from the speakers we bring together (last year’s highlights include former President Barack Obama, Dr. Jane Goodall, and Emma Grede, among others).
This role will support day-to-day tactical needs across all Content Programming initiatives, as well as, collaborate and assist the Global Events Marketing team on key programs. This position has a front row seat in learning and supporting everything needed to develop, program, and market content for INBOUND and other events. This role encompasses several areas including project management, content research and development, customer service, event management, and social media marketing. As we continue to evolve our content offerings, we are looking for someone to grow with us.

Someone with a finger on the pulse of trending topics and talent, especially related to business, culture, and technology
A strong relationship-builder who can diplomatically work with others, both internally and externally (e.g. speaker communications)
