The mission of HubSpot’s People Operations team is to attract and empower people to do their best work and help HubSpot grow better. Our global team of Recruiting Coordinators play an important role in accomplishing this mission by delivering a platform for remarkable interview experiences for candidates and our interview teams. In this role, you will partner closely with stakeholders within Recruiting as well as stakeholders across the business. Your goal will be to understand the business drivers that shape our hiring process through those partnerships.You’ll combine an understanding of business drivers, data, and operational empathy to implement a scheduling operating system at global scale.
You’ll get to:
- Proactively engage with Recruiting Leadership and Business stakeholders to understand the business drivers shaping our interview process
- Gather and synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback on candidate experience, interviewer experience, and process improvements
- Build a flexible staffing model to ensure the Recruiting Coordination team delivers a consistent, inclusive interview experience at global scale (NAM, LATAM, JAPAC and EMEA)
- Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify opportunities to reduce scheduling friction and improve candidate and interviewer experience
- Monitor team capacity and operational performance data to ensure the team is equipped to meet evolving hiring demands
- Identify opportunities for investing in technology, systems, process and scheduling fungibility to drive efficiency
- Manage the Recruiting Coordination team’s Pathways career development program, creating opportunities for growth and internal mobility within HubSpot
We are looking for people with:
- Experience leading large teams (10+) within high growth recruiting organizations, ideally managing both individual contributors and team leads
- A balanced leadership style with empathy for a wide range of stakeholders - candidates, interviewers, coordinators, recruiters and business stakeholders
- Demonstrated examples of proactively identifying process improvements and driving impactful change
- Ability to seek, gather, and interpret data to identify operational issues and measure capacity
- Natural curiosity and a desire for continuous, incremental improvement
- Proven ability to balance the needs of multiple stakeholder groups to arrive at solutions that are best for the long term success of the organization
- Excellent interpersonal skills who can effectively communicate in various formats to internal and external stakeholders
Cash compensation range: 104600-167400 USD Annually

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all HubSpotters are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
