Sr. Business Systems Analyst - Vendor Risk Management (ServiceNow)

Business Technology

Remote - USA

As a Sr. Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting our current implementation and future strategic business projects related to Vendor Risk Management. We’ve recently launched ServiceNow VRM to (a) drive a frictionless experience for HubSpotters as they request work with new vendors and manage the existing lifecycle and (b) enable our Vendor Security, Privacy, Compliance and Legal teams with the management and orchestration of our risk and vendor review process and inventory.

In this role, you’ll focus on driving efficiency and scale for both user groups. You’ll independently own the  stakeholder relationship with each of these business teams, deeply understand their business needs, then use your knowledge of VRM and industry best practices to support them in driving a roadmap of enhancements that enable efficiency, scale, and automation. You’ll also care deeply about the HubSpotter experience, ensuring it provides a transparent and intuitive journey. In addition to supporting our current VRM landscape, you’ll drive one of our company wide initiatives to connect the Vendor review process to our Purchasing and Invoice process in Coupa. This will enable a Procure-to-Pay process that is not only integrated and efficient but frictionless for our HubSpotters. Your role will enable us to drive scale through careful and thoughtful alignment with our Business teams and Engineering partners and improve the experience of countless HubSpotters.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Understand each team's operations, vision, business needs and success measures to design the right solution within ServiceNow VRM
  • Apply your knowledge of best practices to translating these needs and those of product enhancements into specific requirements and configurations in ServiceNow
  • Partner with Engineers and Admins to ensure we think long term, and act as an advocate for our system health and architecture
  • Develop integrations and automations through systems like Workato to connect to SNOW
  • Be an influencer on the use of Data Driven Reporting to provide our Internal Business Teams with the transparency they need to efficiently run their operations
  • Own the success of each delivery, through proper training, testing and communication as well as hold yourself and each team to our thresholds and success measurements

We are looking for people who have:

  • Experience in the best practices and business processes associated to the following ServiceNow Applications: VRM
  • Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay processes
  • Excellent communication, storytelling and collaboration skills
  • Acting as a self starter
  • Demonstrated experience managing senior stakeholders and large scale business initiatives
  • Ability to influence others, manage conversation, and drive large groups to conclusions
  • Proven ability to own high impact deliverables, run time bound projects and drive change
  • Experience driving decision making with data with a large focus on metrics for measuring success
  • Experience acting as a liaison between the business needs and engineering development
  • Experience working with Workato or other Workflow automation and integration tools
  • Experience or familiarity with technical concepts like SQL or building APIs using flow based tools like Workato or ServiceNow Flow Designer

Compensation Range:

$115,000-$184,000
