Operations Hub - our fastest growing product line - helps operations teams of all sizes integrate, automate, understand, and activate their organizations data to empower their front office. As an AI product manager, you’ll be focused on empowering these unsung heroes of the front office by accelerating their work through AI across our product suite. In this role you’ll get to:

  • Own the product strategy and vision for AI-Driven Front-office Operational needs: reporting, data operations, and business automation
  • Explore complex and ambiguous problems, taking on several missions across your product group
  • Drive alignment, set goals, build understanding and motivate others, including cross-functional partners across the company
  • Guide new product ideas from initial concept all the way through launch
  • Connect with & understand our customers and their journey through the product by engaging with them directly and often
  • Utilize research and analytics to build delightful and innovative products

We are looking for people who have:

  • Experience with iteratively building and launching complex data products like reporting, lead scoring, and no-code automation to customers
  • Experience with AI products strongly preferred
  • The ability to rapidly identify, test, and validate product hypotheses through data-driven experimentation
  • A multidisciplinary approach to thinking, combining market, business and technical insights to identify opportunities and weigh tradeoffs
  • The ability to craft & articulate product vision to a variety of audiences
  • A deep respect for the expertise and insights of their collaborators, including engineering, design, UX research, analytics, and others
  • A drive to understand customer needs deeply and truly solving for their problems
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal problem-solving skills
  • A passion for growing healthy teams and leaders, cultivating psychological safety, and facilitating tough conversations that help people grow
  • Curiosity & a desire to understand how HubSpot products work
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt in an innovative and fast-paced environment
  • Strong user experience/design sense, with a record of building great products

Cash compensation range: 158100-253000 USD Annually

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all HubSpotters are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
