HubSpot is hiring for a Senior Treasury Analyst, FX Hedging to join our Treasury team.

As a Senior Treasury Analyst, FX Hedging you will help establish HubSpot’s Foreign Exchange Hedging program as well as oversee the day-to-day management of FX operations. In this role, you will also provide strategic support with regards to all aspects of treasury management.

The Treasury team is responsible for the company’s global cash management, investments, cash forecasting, foreign exchange (FX) risk management, and capital market activities. The team partners closely with key finance functions, as well as legal and business teams to support key strategic projects.

The successful candidate will have prior experience building out a corporate FX hedging program, must be a self-starter, highly organized, have a hands-on approach, and possess the ability to thrive in a faced paced and dynamic environment with competing priorities and stringent deadlines.

In this role, you’ll get to:

• Assess, manage, and mitigate foreign currency risk for the FX Hedging Program
• Keep abreast of latest trends in the foreign exchange markets
• Manage cash flow hedging program including execution, reporting, performance and controls
• Manage and enhance current process related to the collection and monitoring of FX exposures
• Perform FX exposure analysis (including FX sensitivity and other modeling analysis)
• Manage post trade activity (confirmations and reconciliations)
• Report on the effectiveness of the hedging program
• Understand hedge accounting
• Have an understanding and ability to manage a balance sheet hedging program
• Preparation of deliverables for senior leadership meetings
• Provide support during internal and external audits
• Recommend, implement, and maintain process improvements including automation

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years relevant work experience with building out a corporate FX hedging program
• Experience with FX derivatives, Corporate FX hedging programs, Corporate Treasury
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling experience
• Proven ability to build strong relationships, establish trust, and drive operational and strategic priorities.
• Outstanding research, analytics, and quantitative aptitude; advanced attention to detail required for success in this role.
• Ability to work and manage projects both independently and with a larger team to achieve goals.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines

Cash compensation range: 90400-135600 USD Annually

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all HubSpotters are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
