What’s the role?

\n

We are looking for a Small Business Account Executives (or Growth Specialists, as we’d call you around here) to join our highly successful Sales Team. You will use both outbound and inbound selling strategies to find and close new business deals and increase the customers usage of the HubSpot platform over time. You will manage the end to end sales process and utilise your knowledge of digital transformation and change management to act as a trusted advisor and business consultant.

What will you do?

  • Run a full 360 sales cycle to close both new business and install base to consistently exceed your monthly quota
  • \n
  • Prospect new accounts from both inbound and outbound leads
  • \n
  • Become an expert in HubSpots Flywheel Methodology
  • \n
  • Run online product demonstrations
  • \n
  • Work collaboratively with HubSpot's marketing and technology departments to evolve our sales strategy when new features and products are introduced 
  • \n
  • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future
  • \n
\n

Who are you?

    \n
  • 1+ years experience running a full sales cycle (prospecting to close) with a complex product offering
  • \n
  • Bulk of experience is closing net new business (not growing existing accounts)
  • \n
  • Strong prospecting and business development experience gained in an outbound sales environment 
  • \n
  • Committed to achieving quota with a history of high performance in a KPI-driven environment 
  • \n
  • Focused on your goals and a belief that your daily, weekly and monthly activities will help you achieve them
  • \n
  • Terrific consultative sales skills and exceptional closing experience
  • \n
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management experience working with a high volume of leads
  • \n
  • You will also have a proven ability to drive results, be resilient during challenging sales situations, have a customer-first mentality and a strong growth mindset
  • \n
