Hey, my name is Roland I'm on the UKI mid-market sales team. I think the favor learning and development program that I've been involved in over the last four years of being a HubSpot is definitely being the sales team lead program. Essentially over the course of six months, we get the opportunity to learn and meet a bunch of different executives across the international business. Um, everything from how to become a better leader. How do we use reporting to, to help coach all the way through, to actually forecasting and getting more accurate on a day-to-day sales roles? Um, I think this kind of work on a bunch of different expertise that we don't really consider in our day to day sales roles. There's a really great opportunity to learn from all the different reps in, in the team leads across the international business. Also just mean something that I've been actively trying to include in my day-to-day. And I'm seeing increase my effectiveness from a coaching perspective, and I'm looking forward to, to keep progressing with it.
