About the role
As a DevOps Engineer II, you are a skilled and motivated engineer who is excited about building, maintaining, and improving the infrastructure and deployment systems that support our product teams. As DevOps Engineer II, you enjoy solving reliability, scalability, and automation challenges and take pride in delivering stable systems that enable engineers to ship software quickly and safely. You bring a strong foundation in cloud infrastructure, continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), and containerized environments, and you collaborate closely with engineering partners to improve security, performance, and operational excellence. You are continuously learning, improving your craft, and contributing to a solid technical foundation that supports our company’s growth and helps our Pros succeed.

What you do each day:
- Design, implement, and maintain automated Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines to support reliable and efficient deployments
- Deploy, monitor, and support applications in production environments with a focus on reliability, performance, and security
- Build and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code practices
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to identify infrastructure, scalability, and reliability needs and solutions
- Support containerized workloads using modern containerization and orchestration tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues across development and production environments
- Contribute to code reviews, architectural discussions, and operational best practices
- Continuously improve existing systems through refactoring, automation, and performance tuning
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of industry experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Software Engineering, or related role
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience building and managing infrastructure as code (i.e. Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi, or written directly against a cloud provider’s API)
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (i.e. Docker, Kubernetes, AWS Elastic Container Service)
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery/Deployment tools (i.e. GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Jenkins)
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language used for automation (i.e. Python, Ruby, Bash)
- Experience using AI tools to increase quality and efficiency of work
