Role Overview:

As the Lead, Performance Marketing, you drive our paid advertising efforts with a focus on mobile app acquisition, leading end-to-end acquisition strategies across mobile-first platforms. With a deep understanding of mobile app acquisition, you are part of the team that will drive our next phase of growth. You own the creation, execution, and ongoing optimization of campaigns. You are highly collaborative, working across multiple functions to align advertising strategies with broader company goals. As a data-driven marketer, you constantly seek opportunities for improvement, integrating innovative ideas and utilizing AI-driven tools to maximize campaign efficiency and impact. What you do each day:

  • Design, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns on mobile platforms (e.g., App Store, Google Play, Facebook, TikTok, mobile ad networks)
  • Partner with Product teams and manage the full mobile customer journey, from install to post-install engagement and retention, ensuring seamless transitions and targeted retargeting
  • Use mobile attribution tools (e.g.,Adjust, AppsFlyer) to track campaign effectiveness, attribute installs and events accurately, and optimize spend
  • Stay ahead of trends in mobile app marketing, leveraging new channels and innovative tactics to reach mobile audiences effectively
  • Develop a long-term testing roadmap for campaigns, from conceptualization through execution and evaluation
  • Drive creative testing to explore new concepts that elevate campaign performance and customer engagement
  • Analyze both internal and external reports to identify trends and optimize marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within Marketing to align strategies and achieve growth objectives
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing best practices and fostering a high-performance culture

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing paid mobile app campaigns across relevant ad platforms
  • Proficiency in analytics and attribution platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Google Analytics for Firebase)
  • Strong skill-set in spreadsheet analysis and data visualization tools
  • B2B marketing and longer sales funnel experience a plus
  • Experience in setting up data pipelines for app measurement and optimization a plus

Location Dependent Information

This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $75,000-$93,000 + Equity. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
