Role Overview:

As a Lead in Growth Marketing, you play a key role in supporting our Growth Marketing strategy. Your focus is on assisting with experimentation and testing across the customer journey to maximize customer lifetime value (LTV). You help develop and implement growth marketing strategies aimed at converting, upselling, expanding, and retaining users on our SaaS products and platforms. Collaborating closely with the Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams, you support initiatives that help Pros realize value faster. Your contributions help shape our acquisition and upsell strategies, and leverage your business knowledge to anticipate best practices and trends.

What you do each day:

  • Implement targeted marketing campaigns to attract new customers by partnering with the Performance Marketing team
  • Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments to improve the effectiveness of marketing tactics and increase conversion rates at each user stage and marketing channel (website, emails, etc.)
  • Plan and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new access points, ensuring they meet market needs and drive adoption
  • Use data analysis and metrics tracking to make informed decisions, optimize marketing efforts, and measure performance against key business goals
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and other teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies that support overall business objectives
  • Develop and execute strategies that leverage the product itself as the primary driver of acquisition and growth, focusing on user experience and product adoption to drive expansion

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on growth marketing
  • Familiarity with SaaS products and platforms is a plus

Location Dependent Information

This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $83,000-$98,000. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
