Role Overview:

As Senior Manager, Monetization, you bring data together and develop sharp insights to drive operational and financial performance of the business. You are curious, analytically minded, and action oriented. You coach and develop the careers of your direct reports as they hone their craft. You collaborate cross-functionally and cross-culturally to develop strong, trusting connections with stakeholders, uphold and exemplify our company values, and shape the culture within your area. You manage the team which drives the pricing and optimal pathing of our offerings that are best for each Pro based on where they are in their journey.

The Monetization team provides the tools and foundational elements to support the business’s goal to maximize the lifetime value (LTV) of every Pro who engages with HCP. Our ability to articulate monetization strategies and recommendations to our sales- and product-led platforms is crucial for the business. What you do each day:

  • Lead and mentor a high performing team
  • Become an expert in our products and services, and gain a deep understanding of our Pros and how our products and services enable their businesses
  • Develop analytical frameworks to measure customer journey performance and lifetime value (LTV)
  • Identify and size pricing, packaging and go-to-market opportunities across the business so you can:
    • Own the monetization vision and roadmap for the company and ensure cross-functional alignment around initiative execution
    • Measure and monitor the business impact and manage tight feedback and iteration cycles for continuous improvement
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to ensure our Company remains at the forefront of monetization practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master degree, preferably in a quantitative discipline; or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years experience with packaging, pricing and/or go-to-market strategy in a SaaS business model
  • Deep understanding and experience with SQL and transforming raw data into usable datasets for analytical purposes
  • What will help you succeed in this role:
    • Former experience in management consulting, business operations, financial modeling, or product/marketing analytics
    • Experience working in a matrixed environment, supporting analysis and reporting for business stakeholders
    • Experience providing compelling data storytelling, unlocking actionable insights
    • Ability to drive analysis, with a constant eye toward business objectives
    • Curious, innovative mindset with a focus on solving problems
    • Strong cross-functional collaborator
    • Motivated by accuracy and attention to detail

Location Dependent Information

This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $126,400-$158,000. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
