The Role:

As an Affiliate Sales Development Representative, you play a critical role in expanding our network of influencers committed to serving home service companies. You are a self-starter with extreme curiosity and tech-savvy skills. Your primary objective is to identify, engage, and nurture relationships with potential affiliates who align with our mission. You are responsible for initiating outreach, conducting daily follow-ups, booking intro calls, and maintaining these relationships to drive leads.

Compensation:

$55,000 / year (38,500 base) + uncapped earning potential

Schedule:

Ability to work full time (40 hrs/week) with an 8 hour shift, ranging within 5am-7pm local time. Ability to work at least one Saturday per month.

What you do each day:

  • Identify and reach out to potential influencers online who share our commitment to serving home service companies
  • Conduct daily follow-ups to engage and maintain relationships with potential affiliates
  • Schedule and coordinate intro calls with influencers and our team
  • Nurture relationships with affiliates to drive lead generation and partnership opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress within our CRM system
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies and maximize impact
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance outreach effectiveness

Qualifications:

  • Must be self-motivated, passionate, coachable, relentlessly resourceful, resilient, and able to multitask
  • 1+ years sales experience
  • Ability to handle customer relationship management, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • A naturally curious, driven and dynamic team player with “hunter” mentality
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills

Location Dependent Information

This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $18.51-$26.44 /hour. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
