Role Overview:
As the Senior Manager, FP&A - Fintech, you serve as the finance liaison for the Fintech business, developing the long-term financial vision for our company. You identify trends and underlying issues, using that insight to create long-term models and metrics reporting. You partner with business leaders and departmental heads to build financial models that drive the financial execution of the company’s strategy. You have a high-level of visibility within the business and have the ability to deliver information to all levels of the organization with confidence. Additional qualities include excellent customer focus, a service mentality, and the ability to partner closely with internal customers.

What you do each day:
- Own the Company’s financial model and projections for the Fintech business, which includes financial model building, forecasting, and scenario planning processes
- Develop a deep understanding of the Fintech business and how the work being done by various Fintech teams impacts our financials
- Assist in preparation of business cases to and advise on strategic changes to support growth and profitability of our Fintech product offerings
- Maintain and improve existing models and metrics, while developing and introducing new analytical frameworks that enhance insight and improve forecasting reliability through analyses of key business drivers and trends
- Provide accurate, timely, and actionable financial reporting and key business metrics to operating teams, company leadership, and other groups as necessary
- Prepare presentations and reporting related to financial results and projections for the Board as well as internal senior management
- Lead preparation and analysis of consolidated P&L for actuals and forecasts; help the FP&A team on deliverables and ongoing variance analysis
- Support all analytical aspects of multiple highly visible strategic projects
Qualifications:
- 5-7+ years relevant experience with at least 3-4 years in an FP&A role, and 1-2 years in banking, consulting or investment management
- BA/BS degree with a quantitative focus or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced financial model building skills in Excel; proficiency working with large data sets and building / managing complex models in Excel or dedicated planning tools (experience with Workday Adaptive Planning is a plus)
- Prior experience with Fintech is preferred, but not required

Location Dependent Information
This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $124,000-$155,000 The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
