In fact, Americans living in rural communities suffer a mortality rate 23 percent higher than those in urban communities, in part because of the lack of access to quality care.

The Opportunity

Join us in tackling healthcare for rural America! We’re seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager who is passionate about having positive societal impact starting at the local level, solving issues of health inequity for communities that have been perennially underserved.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end user journey strategy across Homeward members and partner providers to drive engagement and retention
  • Utilize user segmentation and data analysis to identify opportunities for targeted messaging and personalized experiences
  • Oversee and protect the quality and cadence of member outreach in the user journey through careful audience selection, list management, touchpoint definition and calendar planning
  • Own the end-to-end management of lifecycle programs, including creation, deployment, testing, optimization, analysis and reporting
  • Write compelling content for a variety of channels (e.g., direct mail, email, outbound calls, SMS)
  • Establish A/B testing processes to test creative design, content, cadence, and timing to constantly improve performance
  • Monitor and report on performance of initiatives and campaigns to cross-functional leaders on an ongoing and proactive basis
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to implement and optimize marketing automation tools and processes

What you bring:

  • 3-5 years experience in CRM & lifecycle marketing
  • Experience building lifecycle journeys from scratch (0-1) at a startup
  • A metrics and data driven approach with the ability to set and track success metrics that are linked to company goals and use data insights to guide decision making
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Design, Engineering, Engagement, Clinical Strategy, Data, and Operations
  • Ability to embrace ambiguity and break down complex opportunities into compelling solutions
  • Exceptional project management skills, with superb attention to detail
  • Experience with Customer IO, or a similar customer engagement platform
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and email client basics

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working in healthcare; knowledge of HIPAA regulations
  • Experience working in rural markets and/or with older adults

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, location, competencies and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work at Homeward Health. This role is eligible for an annual bonus, stock options, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
