Key Responsibilities
- Sales Process Optimization: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to streamline and optimize the entire customer journey, from lead generation to post-sale support.
- Revenue Forecasting: Lead the forecasting process and help establish accurate revenue projections by working with sales leadership and providing data-driven insights.
- Data & Reporting: Develop and manage KPIs and performance metrics that provide actionable insights to improve sales and marketing alignment, pipeline performance, and revenue growth.
- CRM & Tools Management: Oversee the effective use of Salesforce to ensure data integrity, efficient workflow automation, and reporting capabilities.
- Sales Enablement: Work with leadership create and implement sales playbooks, ensuring that the sales team has the resources and tools they need to succeed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on goals, processes, and data flows.
- Process Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks, streamline operations, and improve team efficiency across the revenue cycle.
- Change Management: Drive change management initiatives and be an advocate for technology and process improvements within the revenue teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles within B2B SaaS.
- Skills & Expertise:
- Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success operations and workflows.
- Proficient in Salesforce
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) to track KPIs and business performance.
- Strong Excel and data manipulation skills; ability to analyze complex data and present actionable insights.
- Experience in process optimization, automation, and system integrations.
- Familiarity with sales forecasting techniques and pipeline management.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive and solution-oriented mindset to identify challenges and provide actionable solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a scaling SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with revenue operations technologies (e.g., Gong, Clari, Outreach).
- Knowledge of data privacy and security compliance in a SaaS environment.
