Skills We're Seeking:

  • Analytical Expertise & Business Insight: Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn data into valuable business insights. Consulting experience is a plus, but the key is the ability to answer complex business questions with data.
  • Operational Excellence & Problem Solving: The ability to see the big picture and approach challenges through structured processes. You should excel in organizing and scaling teams to optimize efficiency and outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Delivering Data-Driven Insights: Provide customers with insightful analyses that help address their business challenges.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of data analysts, ensuring work is distributed efficiently and prioritized according to customer needs.
  • Collaborating with Customer Success: Work closely with customer success managers to understand client goals and help solve their business problems using data.
  • Optimizing Customer Support Efficiency: Oversee and drive the efficiency of customer support, ensuring swift and effective resolutions to client queries.
