About the Role

The Vice President, Government Solutions will lead Hippocratic AI’s expansion across federal, state, and public-sector healthcare programs. This role exists to establish Hippocratic AI as a trusted, mission-aligned partner to government agencies seeking safe, scalable AI solutions that improve healthcare access, quality, and outcomes.

You will own the full government growth strategy — from early relationship development and partnership formation through complex contracting, deployment, and long-term program expansion. This role sits at the intersection of mission, policy, and innovation, with particular focus on agencies and programs serving veterans, active-duty service members, and populations reliant on government healthcare systems.

What You’ll Do

• Government Growth Strategy – Develop and execute a comprehensive business development and growth strategy to drive adoption of Hippocratic AI’s solutions across federal and state healthcare programs.

• Executive Relationship Ownership – Cultivate and expand deep relationships with senior leaders across agencies such as VA, DoD/DHA, HHS, and CMS, as well as policymakers, public health officials, and strategic integrators.

• Complex Deal Leadership – Lead high-stakes negotiations, contracting, and partnership agreements that enable secure, scalable deployments within complex government environments.

• Mission-Aligned Solutioning – Collaborate with Product, Clinical, Engineering, and Legal teams to tailor offerings to government mission needs, regulatory requirements, and operational realities.

• Ecosystem & Partner Development – Build and expand strategic alliances with prime contractors, integrators, and ecosystem partners that strengthen Hippocratic AI’s public-sector go-to-market strategy.

• Policy & Market Intelligence – Stay current on government healthcare policy, regulation, and funding dynamics, translating insights into actionable growth strategies.

• Product Influence – Translate government customer needs into input that informs the product roadmap, ensuring Hippocratic AI continues to serve public-sector healthcare communities effectively.

• External Representation – Represent Hippocratic AI at government forums, conferences, and industry events as a trusted advisor and advocate for safe, mission-driven AI.

What You Bring

Must‑Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Healthcare Policy, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

• 12+ years of experience in government-facing business development, sales, partnerships, or program leadership roles.

• Proven success driving revenue growth and leading complex deployments across large government healthcare systems.

• Deep understanding of government healthcare programs and policy landscapes, including VA, DoD/DHA, HHS, CMS, Medicaid, and Medicare.

• Extensive, trusted network of senior government, agency, and industry stakeholders.

• Strong executive presence, negotiation skills, and ability to influence decision-making within government organizations.

• Strategic mindset with the ability to operate hands-on in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

• Clear alignment with Hippocratic AI’s mission and a demonstrated commitment to improving public health outcomes.

Nice‑to‑Have:

• Experience supporting defense, veteran, or military healthcare programs.

• Startup or high-growth company experience.

• Current or recent Tier 3 (or higher) security clearance.

• Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), or prior military service.

• Experience working with government systems integrators or prime contractors.

• This role will play a foundational leadership position in defining Hippocratic AI’s long-term public-sector strategy and operating model.

• Travel is expected to support agency engagement, partner meetings, and industry events.
