About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Deployment Architecture to build and manage a team that helps healthcare organizations bring AI agents to life. You’ll guide and mentor Deployment Architects who partner directly with customers to deeply understand their operational workflows, identify and translate their technical requirements and business goals into effective AI-powered conversations, guide them through setting up integrations and deploying agents as part of practical, scalable AI-driven solutions — and then implement them.
The role requires a mix of hands-on customer engagement, technical leadership, strategic thinking, and team management. Our team is scaling quickly, and we need someone who can both roll up their sleeves and dive into challenging technical problems and also take a step back and implement scalable processes across all of our customers. You will have a pivotal impact on our product, customer success, and ultimately, patient outcomes.
What You'll Do:
- Build and Lead a High-Performing Team: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a team of top-tier Solution Architects. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Drive Customer Success Through Technical Leadership: Partner closely with customers post-sale on the technical implementation process to design, integrate, and deploy AI agent solutions tailored to their clinical and operational needs.
- Technical Leadership: Act as an escalation point for any technical challenges our customers face. Dive deep into complex implementation challenges. Deeply understand our product and its capabilities and communicate that to our customers and internal stakeholders. Be able to communicate technical topics with both operational and technical counterparts at our customers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering - advocating for the needs of our customers and the Solution Architect team; ensure customer feedback informs product evolution and roadmap priorities.
- Hiring & Mentoring: Hire and onboard high-performing Solution Architects. Set them up for success through coaching and mentorship.
- Champion Scalable Processes and Best Practices: Design and optimize best-practice-driven repeatable implementation frameworks, workflow discovery methodology, and technical onboarding playbooks as we scale.
What You Bring
Must Have:
