Role Overview:

As the Vice President of Business Development for the Payor Vertical at Hippocratic AI, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and forging strategic partnerships within the payor industry. Leveraging your established network and deep understanding of payor dynamics, you will lead initiatives to position Hippocratic AI as a trusted partner for payors seeking innovative solutions to enhance member engagement and improve healthcare management. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI-driven healthcare within the payor landscape and make a meaningful impact on member outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive adoption of Hippocratic AI's solutions within payor organizations.

  • Cultivate and expand relationships with key stakeholders, including payor executives, decision-makers, and industry leaders, to identify partnership opportunities and drive adoption of AI-driven solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize Hippocratic AI's offerings to meet the unique needs and challenges of payor organizations, ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives.

  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with payor partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support long-term partnerships and drive value for both parties.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape within the payor sector, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.

  • Represent Hippocratic AI at industry conferences, events, and meetings, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for our company and products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the payor sector, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and forging key relationships.

  • Established network and relationships within payor organizations, including with executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.

  • Deep understanding of payor dynamics, including reimbursement models, member engagement strategies, and regulatory requirements.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and influence decision-making within payor organizations.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute complex business development initiatives, driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic payor environment.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for driving innovation and making a positive impact on member outcomes within payor organizations.
