- Deliver World Class Support: Be the Hallow expert for partners. Answer questions, resolve issues, and help partners maximize the full suite of resources and content.
- Relationship-Build & Grow: Lead regular check-ins (mostly Zoom, phone, and email, sometimes in person), deliver professional development or retreat sessions, collect feedback, and build relationships with administrators, teachers, and staff.
- Drive Renewal & Expansion: Own renewals, identify and pursue upsell or cross-sell opportunities where there is true value, and help your partners reach retention and growth goals.
- Project-Manage Launches: Schedule training, coordinate communications, and ensure smooth implementation for every new partnership.
What You'll Love
- Mission: This work is incredibly humbling. Every day we hear amazing stories and we get the pleasure of working on something that’s impacting lives. One of our favorite user quotes: “I hate quoting an old, overused cliché, but I’ve been very lost. And I think for the first time in a while I may be found.”
- Ownership: When a company is this small, every employee is a core team member with an outsized impact. You'll make a direct impact on thousands of lives and help schools create transformative prayer communities.
- Growth: From day 1, you’ll be a part of the startup journey. We’re growing quickly, and we’ll need your help to build key school partnerships and play a vital role in Hallow’s growth.
- Flexibility: You'll work remotely with a focus on your portfolio’s region, with some in-person events. We operate as a remote-first team with members all over the globe and are open to candidates anywhere in the U.S. for this position (though preference will be given to candidates in the northeast U.S.). We don’t care when or where you work, just that it gets done!
- Comp: We pay competitive market rates in terms of equity, cash, & benefits.
What We're Looking For
- Passion: First & foremost, we’re looking for someone excited about our mission. It makes it a lot more fun :)
- Mission-driven: You care about helping schools and communities grow in faith.
- Relationship-oriented: Skilled at building trust, handling objections, and engaging a variety of school stakeholders from presidents and principals to preschool teachers.
- Analytical and Data-Driven: Comfortable using metrics, dashboards, and health scores to inform your next steps. You hold yourself accountable for results.
- Proactive Problem-Solver: Not afraid to pick up the phone, run a training, or try something new to re-engage a partner.
- Strong Communicator: Clear, persuasive, and empathetic, whether over email, Zoom, or in person.
- Highly Organized: Able to manage multiple projects, document activities, and follow up with discipline.
- Experience: 2+ years’ experience in customer success, partner success, account/relationship management, or school operations. Experience in Catholic education a plus
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Zoom, CRM tools, and learning new systems quickly
