You’ll be part of the broader unified admin team that values solving complex problems and building thoughtful, high-quality experiences together.
In This Role, You Will
- Lead design for enterprise admin experiences: Own the end-to-end design of Coda Admin and Enterprise features, turning complex workflows into intuitive and delightful experiences.
- Partner directly with customers: Work with some of our largest accounts to shape features that meet their needs while building lasting, trusted relationships..
- Influence design strategy: Guide the roadmap for Coda Enterprise and Admin experiences across projects like account management, workspace organization, and onboarding.
- Experiment and iterate quickly: Work closely with partners in a fast-moving environment where we test, learn, and refine ideas rapidly together.
- Collaborate and inspire: Contribute to our design culture by giving thoughtful feedback, mentoring others, and elevating our approach to complex problems.
- Be part of a team that’s got your back: Work alongside a broader team of designers who support each other, give thoughtful feedback, and grow together.
Qualifications
- 7+ years turning ideas into shipped products that users love, ideally with experience in admin, billing, or account management systems.
- Able to create and champion new design patterns when existing systems don’t apply.
- Self-starter that drives projects forward, setting strategy while executing at a high level of craft.
- Proven ability to design powerful, scalable enterprise products (dashboards, workflows, management, and/or productivity tools).
- Portfolio that demonstrates transforming complex problems into simple, elegant solutions.
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments, balancing speed and craft.
- Embodies Grammarly’s EAGER values (ethical, adaptable, gritty, empathetic, remarkable) and is inspired by our MOVE principles (move fast and learn faster; obsess about creating customer value; value impact over activity; and embrace healthy disagreement rooted in trust).
- Willingness to travel to our hubs in Berlin and San Francisco.
