To achieve our ambitious goals, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Enterprise Product team. This individual will spearhead our enterprise identity and product security area and will play a significant part in shaping our diverse product portfolio.
As Senior Product Manager for Identity & Security, you will help define the future roadmap for our identity and access management (IAM) capabilities and work with our engineering team to ensure Grammarly product security meets the expectations of our largest enterprise customers. You will be an influential product leader at Grammarly, leading the vision, strategy, and delivery of product capabilities that drive measurable business impact.
In this role, you will:
- Set the product direction for the Identity & Security area, focused on delivering differentiated value to our enterprise customers.
- Independently drive high-velocity execution with cross-functional partners to deliver impact.
- Gain a deep understanding of customers opportunities, needs, and pain points, working closely with our go-to-market teams to drive business impact.
- Work with your design and engineering peers to evaluate solutions and technical feasibility to deliver functional industry-leading solutions.
Qualifications
- Is passionate about product security and has a strong foundation of knowledge and experience in this space.
- Has a deep technical understanding of pushing boundaries to deliver exceptional value to users.
- Has strong leadership abilities, setting direction and operations in a complex space while also building solid relationships.
- Has experience with earlier-stage product development and getting creative to quickly drive learning and impact.
- Has a strong quantitative and analytical mindset understanding to define success and move critical metrics.
- Helps build environments that foster close partnerships with other product managers and cross-functional teams from Engineering, Design, Research, Data Science, Marketing, and more.

Grammarly takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations.
Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future.
