Certain roles have specific location requirements to facilitate collaboration at a particular Grammarly hub.
All roles have an in-person component: Conditions permitting, teams meet 2–4 weeks every quarter at one of Grammarly’s hubs in San Francisco, Kyiv, New York, Vancouver, and Berlin, or in a workspace in Kraków. This flexible approach gives team members the best of both worlds: plenty of focus time along with in-person collaboration that fosters trust and unlocks creativity.
Grammarly team members in this role must be based in the United States or Canada, and they must be able to collaborate in person 2 weeks per quarter, traveling if necessary to the hub(s) where the team is based.

To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a Senior GTM Systems Analyst to join our GTM Business Systems team. This role will drive the optimization and effectiveness of our Go-To-Market strategies through the strategic implementation and management of our GTM tech stack. The Senior GTM Systems Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and deliver scalable solutions that empower our Sales, Customer Success, and Business Development teams. This role presents an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's growth trajectory by leveraging technology to streamline processes, enhance customer experiences, and drive revenue growth.
Your impact
The GTM Business system team works closely with other Revenue Operations teams, including Sales Operations, Enablement, and Analytics, as well as with the Sales, Customer Success, and Business Development teams to provide technical expertise to get the most out of our tech stack.
In this role, you will:
- Manage the sales operations vendor relationships, including partnering with Procurement to negotiate contracts and evaluate third-party solutions to ensure they align with business goals and meet performance standards
- Complete evaluation of multiple vendors to compare functionalities to aid in choosing the best solution
- Work with IT to onboard new users and manage roles/permissions
- Partner with the Enablement team to create and disseminate tech/tools training
- Be an expert in what the GTM team does on a daily basis and determine ways to automate/improve through the revenue tech stack
- Project manage the evaluation and implementation of new GTM tools
- Manage and maintain GTM systems through broad implementation, testing, integration, license planning, and ongoing optimization to align with best practices
- Act as the point of contact for the GTM teams for questions regarding GTM tools such as Outreach, Groove, Gong, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, etc.

- Has 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role, with a focus on Go-To-Market strategies.
- Has proven experience in analyzing business processes, requirements gathering, and system design.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of sales processes within a B2B environment.
- Is experienced in Salesforce CRM, with the ability to configure, customize, and administer the platform to support GTM initiatives.
- Is experience administering and driving outcomes with Sales Productivity tools, including Leandata, Outreach, Gong, Groove, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
- Has experience with marketing automation platforms such as Pardot and other GTM-related technologies is highly desirable.
- Fosters excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Has strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future.
