Your impact
As a Sales Enablement Coordinator, you will focus on building and implementing effective processes and logistics to ensure easy access to enablement programs. Success in this role requires a detail-oriented and structured approach, as well as a passion for learning. The effectiveness of the processes you implement and the coordination and accessibility of our enablement programs will be the key metrics by which your efforts will be measured.
In this role, you will:
- Support OrgRev onboarding process, including schedule management, logistics, and coordination.
- Manage OrgRev training calendar from scheduling programs to team communications.
- Manage Enablement program reports, surveys, tracking, follow-up, and general communications, such as newsletters.
- Own and maintain OrgRev content and materials versioning and update process.

- Can balance the coordination of numerous projects, calendars, invites, time zones, and programs.
- Has strong attention to detail, allowing them to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement quickly.

- Is experienced in using Enablement tools, specifically Learning Management Systems.
- Has at least 1+ years of SaaS enablement experience and understands the industry, organizational structures, incentives, and intricacies of SaaS.
- Possess a proactive attitude and be capable of managing multiple programs, tasks, and initiatives simultaneously while maintaining flexibility.
