About Govra
AI has changed the balance of power. Noncompliance and fraud are scaling faster than governments can respond, and nearly $2 trillion is lost in the U.S. each year. Governments must do more with less. Govra is building the intelligent execution layer for accountable government to meet this systemic shift. We turn complex laws and rules into executable workflows that help agencies make faster, more accurate, and more consistent decisions at scale. We started with tax, where better decisions mean more revenue, stronger public services, and greater trust.
About the role
We are seeking a Technical Deployment Strategist to own the success of Govra's agency customers from implementation through sustained adoption and measurable operational impact. You will work directly with agency leaders, subject-matter experts, and frontline users to understand how they operate, configure Govra around their most important workflows, and ensure the product delivers lasting value. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical fluency, structured problem-solving, customer leadership, and a strong instinct for building repeatable systems.
What you'll do
- Own deployments end to end: Lead Govra’s most important agency engagements from discovery and scope through production, adoption, and measurable operational impact.
- Lead discovery and solution design: Map customer workflows, data, constraints, and success criteria, then define the configured solution and deployment roadmap.
- Drive delivery: Own configuration, data readiness, evaluations, QA, UAT, and launch while making real-time decisions on scope, priorities, and tradeoffs.
- Own customer outcomes: Lead the customer relationship, drive adoption, measure value, manage account health, and identify opportunities to expand Govra’s impact.
- Shape the product from the field: Translate repeated customer needs, technical blockers, and workflow patterns into clear priorities for product and engineering.
- Codify and scale what works: Turn each engagement into reusable AI skills, configurations, evaluations, tooling, and playbooks that make future deployments faster and more reliable.
