About Glean:

Founded in 2019, Glean is an innovative AI-powered knowledge management platform designed to help organizations quickly find, organize, and share information across their teams. By integrating seamlessly with tools like Google Drive, Slack, and Microsoft Teams, Glean ensures employees can access the right knowledge at the right time, boosting productivity and collaboration. The company’s cutting-edge AI technology simplifies knowledge discovery, making it faster and more efficient for teams to leverage their collective intelligence.

Glean was born from Founder & CEO Arvind Jain’s deep understanding of the challenges employees face in finding and understanding information at work. Seeing firsthand how fragmented knowledge and sprawling SaaS tools made it difficult to stay productive, he set out to build a better way - an AI-powered enterprise search platform that helps people quickly and intuitively access the information they need. Since then, Glean has evolved into the leading Work AI platform, combining enterprise-grade search, an AI assistant, and powerful application- and agent-building capabilities to fundamentally redefine how employees work.

About the Role:
Glean is seeking a Partner Marketing Program Manager to help scale our partner ecosystem through well-run programs, strong execution, and clear communication. This role sits at the center of our partner marketing engine and owns how we plan, execute, and measure programs that drive real pipeline impact.
You’ll be responsible for running our MDF program end to end, executing partner incentives and SPIFFs, and building at-scale co-marketing campaigns with resellers and VARs. This is a highly cross-functional role that works closely with Partner Sales, Field Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Ops to make sure programs are simple, compliant, and effective.
If you’re a strong operator who loves structure, timelines, and turning strategy into action, this role is for you.
You will:
  • Own and manage the end-to-end Partner MDF program, including intake, approvals, governance, tracking, and reporting
  • Own Partner Marketing Salesforce reporting and dashboards
  • Design and execute partner incentives and SPIFFs that motivate partner sellers and drive measurable outcomes
  • Build and scale at-scale partner marketing campaigns with resellers and VARs, including field programs, digital campaigns, and partner-led events
  • Act as the program quarterback, driving timelines, dependencies, and execution across multiple stakeholders
  • Partner closely with Partner Sales, Field Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure programs are aligned, compliant, and easy to execute
  • Develop clear program documentation, playbooks, and partner-facing communications
  • Track performance and report on key metrics including participation, pipeline, and ROI
  • Continuously optimize programs based on partner feedback and performance data
About you:
  • 5–8+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or program management in B2B SaaS or enterprise companies
  • Hands-on experience managing MDF programs, partner incentives, and SPIFFs
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously without dropping the ball
  • Experience working with resellers, VARs, and channel partners at scale
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex programs for partners and internal teams
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-moving environments
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and reporting program impact
