🚀 We’re Hiring: Managing Director – Fourier India

Fourier is building the future of on-site hydrogen.

Our breakthrough architecture enables highly modular, fully automated hydrogen systems that scale to any size — maintaining optimal efficiency across all loads. Our mission is simple and urgent: accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable, emission-free energy.

Now, we’re expanding into India.

India will become a critical pillar of our global strategy — a core development center driving product engineering, prototyping, and future manufacturing. It will be central to our supply chain, innovation roadmap, and long-term growth in one of the world’s most important emerging hydrogen markets.

To lead this expansion, we’re hiring a Managing Director to build and scale our India office from the ground up.

This is not a maintenance role.

This is a build-and-scale mission.

We’re looking for a leader who:

🔹 Has deep startup experience — someone who has built teams from scratch, created structure where none existed, and scaled through ambiguity

🔹 Is a true talent magnet — able to attract, inspire, and retain world-class engineers

🔹 Has experience working in the US–India corridor, ideally having previously worked with a U.S.-based company

🔹 Understands how to build high-performance engineering organizations that ship real industrial hardware

🔹 Is equally comfortable in product strategy conversations and hands-on technical execution

🔹 Can scale teams, culture, and systems — not just manage them

This role reports directly to the CEO and will:

• Build and lead a world-class engineering organization in India

• Drive technical execution across hardware and software development

• Partner closely with the U.S. team on product architecture and strategy

• Oversee prototyping through manufacturing scale

• Establish strong vendor and supply chain partnerships

• Shape culture across geographies

We need someone who understands how to move fast, hire exceptional people, build resilient processes, and operate at the intersection of engineering depth and company strategy.

India is a long-term commitment for us. This leader will help define Fourier’s global footprint for the next decade.
