We are seeking a strategic and highly collaborative Integrated Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will champion the Flashfood brand across all marketing touchpoints, ensuring alignment and integration across acquisition and retention channels. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this person will play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns, leading retail marketing efforts, and driving brand-building initiatives around key moments in our marketing calendar.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong ability to connect the dots across teams and channels, bring cross-functional stakeholders together, and advocate for the brand across the organization. They should be comfortable managing creative development, briefing in design resources, and partnering closely with lifecycle, social, and paid media teams to ensure cohesion and impact.

Key ResponsibilitiesIntegrated Campaign Execution

  • Support the Director of Marketing in planning and executing high-impact, cross-channel brand campaigns.
  • Develop and manage creative briefs, ensuring alignment across content, design, and media teams.
  • Work closely with lifecycle, social, and paid media leads to ensure integration across all acquisition and retention initiatives.

Retail Marketing & Partner Activation

  • Lead retail marketing efforts, developing strategies and toolkits that support sales, onboarding, and ongoing partner engagement.
  • Oversee marketing execution for new store launches, working cross-functionally to drive awareness and in-store adoption.
  • Develop integrated partner marketing campaigns that align with key retail moments and category opportunities.

Brand & Evergreen Communications

  • Develop and manage evergreen brand communications, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all customer touchpoints, including organic social.
  • Lead brand-building initiatives tied to cultural moments, community engagement, and key business milestones.
  • Partner with creative teams to develop compelling content and assets that reinforce the Flashfood brand.

Creative Development & Content Management

  • Manage and brief creative resources (internal and external) to develop content that supports brand, retail, and campaign initiatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency and quality across all content, working closely with design and marketing leads.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Optimization

  • Serve as a bridge between channel owners, ensuring marketing programs are cohesive and strategically aligned.
  • Partner with lifecycle, social, and paid teams to drive channel integration and amplify performance.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure marketing efforts align with business priorities.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage complex initiatives across multiple channels.
  • Experience developing creative and assignment briefs, managing content production, and overseeing design execution.
  • Strong understanding of retail marketing, consumer engagement, and brand storytelling.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and bring teams together around shared initiatives.
  • Self-starter with strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with social media, lifecycle marketing, and paid media (but not direct ownership).
