About the Role

As an Enterprise Account Executive, New Logos, you will be on the front lines of Fivetran’s enterprise market expansion. This role focuses exclusively on landing net-new enterprise accounts, building critical footholds that drive long-term customer value. You’ll engage with both parent companies and their subsidiaries across complex organizational hierarchies, targeting distinct buying entities and establishing Fivetran as an enterprise-wide standard. This is a high-impact role that will contribute directly to the growth of our enterprise customer base and set the stage for future expansion.

This is a full-time, remote position based in Colorado or California.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify, develop, and close net-new Enterprise accounts.

  • Design and execute strategic territory and account plans to create pipeline and accelerate new logo acquisition within a defined enterprise region.

  • Own the full sales cycle — from outbound prospecting and discovery through value articulation, multi-threaded stakeholder engagement, and close.

  • Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Business Development, and Marketing to deliver a seamless and compelling buyer experience.

  • Conduct warm handoffs to the Expansion AE and Onboarding team immediately after deal close to support customer onboarding and downstream expansion. Engage with customers on committed contracts or consumption-based (OLP) models, with deep understanding of when logos qualify under Fivetran’s new logo framework.

  • Collaborate with leadership to refine our go-to-market approach and share feedback from the field to improve team efficiency and process clarity.

  • Forecast accurately and maintain clear visibility into pipeline and performance using Salesforce and related sales tools.

Skills We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of enterprise B2B software sales experience or 4+ years in mid-market/Commercial roles with a consistent track record of exceeding quota Proven ability to break into new enterprise accounts through strategic, value-led sales motions

  • Experience navigating complex organizational hierarchies and multi-threading stakeholder relationships

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of enterprise procurement cycles Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to engage at both executive and technical levels

  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple deals and priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and a passion for helping customers become data-driven

  • Familiarity with data integration, ETL, cloud platforms, or analytics technologies and the associated partner ecosystem is a plus

This position qualifies for Fivetran’s incentive plan, and it’s common for employees in this role to achieve the total on-target earnings.
