  • Monitor and interpret global legislative changes that may affect payroll and advise on necessary process or system changes.
  • Support M&A integration efforts related to payroll and ensure a smooth transition of acquired employees into our systems and processes.

Skills We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in international payroll, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience managing payroll across multiple international jurisdictions (EMEA & APAC experience required).
  • Deep understanding of global payroll processes, tax reporting, statutory compliance, and vendor management.
  • Strong experience with payroll systems (e.g., Workday, ADP GlobalView, CloudPay, etc)
  • Proven track record of implementing process improvements, systems upgrades, or automation initiatives.
  • Experience working in a SOX-compliant environment or preparing for SOX compliance.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively across time zones and cultures.
