About the Role

Are you a strategic and analytical Revenue Operations professional with a knack for optimizing global sales performance and driving regional excellence? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Revenue Operations Manager, Global Quota & Territory Management and APAC to lead our worldwide quota setting and territory carving initiatives, and support Revenue Operations for our growing APAC region.

This is a high visibility role within the organization with an incredible opportunity to drive impact and value quickly. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Oakland, CA office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.

What You’ll Do

Global Quota & Territory Management:

  • Lead Global Quota Management: Design, implement, and manage the global sales quota setting process, collaborating closely with Sales Leadership, Finance, and regional Revenue Operations teams to ensure targets are challenging, achievable, and aligned with overall company objectives.
  • Drive Territory Design & Optimization: Develop and execute global territory/books of business carving strategies, utilizing market data, sales performance metrics, and operational insights to ensure optimal coverage, minimize channel conflict, and maximize sales efficiency across all regions.
  • Model & Analyze Performance: Conduct modeling and analysis to assess the impact of different quota and territory structures, providing data-driven recommendations to leadership.
  • Sales Capacity Management: Partner with sales leadership, Finance and HR to forecast and plan global headcount and sales capacity, ensuring alignment with revenue targets and strategic growth initiatives.

APAC Revenue Operations:

  • Strategic Partner to APAC Sales Leadership: Act as the primary Revenue Operations partner for our APAC sales leadership, providing strategic insights and operational support to drive regional performance.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Lead the analysis of accurate sales forecasts for the APAC region, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. Design and maintain regional dashboards and reports to provide critical visibility into performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing, Finance, Product, and other GTM teams to ensure seamless execution of revenue-generating initiatives in the APAC region.

Skills We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar strategic business role, with at least 2-3 years focused on global or multi-regional quota setting and territory management in a consumption based business.
  • Proven experience in leading and optimizing Revenue Operations functions for a specific region (e.g., APAC, EMEA, LATAM).
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) with a strong understanding of their underlying data models, particularly for quota and territory management.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with mastery of Excel/Google Sheets for complex modeling and scenario planning.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to create insightful dashboards and reports for leadership.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives, globally and regionally.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a keen ability to translate business objectives into operational plans and measurable results.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a global, distributed team.
