• Developer Systems & Experience: You will lean on demonstrated prior experience in setting goals for the efficiency of continuous integration by leveraging systems test automation for iterating quickly during the development cycle. You will own and drive automation deliverables, including tools and library development.
• Standard Components: The QE platform includes common components such as our data pipeline testing framework, CI integration tooling, pipeline benchmarking, and such, you will own and drive automation deliverables, including tools and library development.
• Process Ownership: Own, iterate, and operationalize incident & bug management while accelerating the adoption of feature release checklists risk analysis framework to build a quality-first culture within engineering.
• Top-Notch Quality Team: You leverage your proven track record of hiring and integrating passionate experts, skilled leaders, and architects into the team.

• Technical Depth: Strong architectural skills with the ability to discuss and influence complex technical decisions with technical founders and architects.
• Team Building: Experience in building and managing an engineering team of 20+ members comprising managers and individual contributors with varying experience levels.
• Quality Mindset: Experience in identifying product quality gaps and influencing product teams to drive projects to fix quality gaps.
• Leadership Experience: 10+ years of experience working in engineering leadership roles.
• Data Driven: Excels at driving adoption of data-driven decision-making, leveraging insights to strategize, prioritize, and coordinate across UX, Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Support.
• Quality Champion: Deep experience auditing, measuring, and improving quality practices across engineering and product teams.
• People Development: Proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop talent while fostering career growth.
• Technical Depth: Can partner effectively with technical architects, product development teams, and non-engineering stakeholders to align technical initiatives with business outcomes.
• Global Collaboration: Represent the engineering organization in global contexts, including travel to EMEA and APAC regions (up to 2 weeks every 6 months).
