As a Technical Product Specialist you will play a crucial role working with our customers as part of the Product Operations team. As our first point of contact you will provide technical consulting to prospective customers that will drive new data connectors. Build relationships as you work closely with our customers to understand their data requirements, and communicate these requirements to engineering. Once the connector is built, onboard and support them and engineering to resolve any connector issues.

This is a full-time position based out of our Bengaluru office with opportunities for remote work.


Technologies You’ll Use

SQL, API concepts, Zendesk, Salesforce, Monday.com, Height, Looker, Sigma, Slack


What You’ll Do

  • Review API documentation to qualify or disqualify candidates from our By-Request program

  • Work with customers to understand their data needs and translate that into product recommendations

  • Provide best practices to customers throughout their onboarding process

  • Communicate to product teams as connectors move through development and advise on timelines, potential roadblocks, and technical issues

  • Help resolve connector issues and maintain support tickets to communicate these issues

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and internal teams on improvement of internal processes and feature requests


Skills We’re Looking For

  • 1-2 years of experience in applicable work (tech support, client solutions, product support)

  • Business and technical acumen with a desire to learn and become a subject matter expert

  • Basic understanding of SQL concepts is a plus

  • Familiarity with API concepts

  • Communicates effectively in online meetings, trainings and demonstrations

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Problem solving: Applies analytical thinking to identify causes and solutions to problems
